Position: Project Manager
Experience: 7+ years
Job Description: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenville, SC, for an Architectural Project Manager. In this position, you will oversee project coordination, manage deliverables such as construction drawings and submittals, and ensure that all phases of architectural design meet project goals and timelines. You will work closely with clients and consultants to facilitate smooth project execution from start to finish.

• Strong skills in project coordination, with the ability to manage multiple projects in various stages of development.
• Proficiency in producing construction drawings and managing submittals to ensure project milestones are met.
• Extensive knowledge of architectural principles and practices, with experience in design and construction processes.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on client relationship management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Professional licensure or eligibility preferred.
• Experience with Revit.

Position: Advanced Intern/Project Architect
Experience: 5-10 years (may vary depending on skill level)
Job Description: Lead medium size projects through all design and construction phases under the direction of a project manager. Ideal candidate will possess well-rounded design and project management skills. Revit proficiency required. Rendering software (Lumion for example) preferred. Adobe proficiency preferred. Career growth will be supported and encouraged.
