Paul Mussman

As the founder and leader of the firm, Paul is engaged in every aspect of the firm with a focus of setting and directing the firm’s strategic goals which centers on always providing our clients with exceptional designs that solve their needs.  Paul closely directs the firm’s quality control efforts and supports our staff in their projects and designs.  He also works closely with our clients, design and construction professionals and various leaders to understand the markets we work in and to align our strategic goals with those of our clients.

Mollie Greene

Mollie Greene

With over 20 years of experience on a wide range of project types, Mollie brings a knowledgeable and focused approach to the firm.  As a leader of our design efforts, Mollie is responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining our design process ensuring that our designs meet and exceed client expectations and align with the firm’s strategic goals to create designs that are beautiful, well-crafted, creative, inspiring, functional and sustainable.  Mollie has created a collaborative and engaging process that fuses our client’s vision with our expertise in solving our client’s complex facility needs.

Aaron Wells

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Aaron Wells

Aaron is a detail-oriented design professional that brings over 15 of experience to the firm.  His role as the leader of our firm’s operations focuses on developing internal strategies to make our design process efficient, technologically advanced and of exceptional quality.  Aaron’s initiatives and standards create an atmosphere of excellence within the firm and drives every individual and sector of the firm to consistently produce high-quality construction documents. 

Tyler Satterfield

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Tyler Satterfield

Tyler works closely within our leadership team on developing firmwide methods to consistently deliver project documentation (construction documents, specifications, etc) efficiently and accurately.  This role creates an important link between operational efficiency and quality control in an effort to remain competitive for our clients.
